Face to Face With What’s Next
Twice each year, CCEE hosts Career Connections, our department-specific career fairs designed to connect our students directly with employers recruiting for internships, co-ops and full-time roles. Each event is spans two days with nearly 100 different employers in participation.
These focused fairs bring civil, construction and environmental engineering firms to campus, creating meaningful conversations that often lead to job offers. It’s a direct bridge from classroom learning to professional practice.

Our largest recruiting event of the year, welcoming leading firms and agencies across sectors. This is especially important for internships which are heavily recruited at this session.
Spring Career Connections
A second opportunity to build relationships, explore pathways and secure summer or post-graduation roles.
Supported by our Corporate Affiliates and industry partners, Career Connections is part of a year-round ecosystem of engagement — including employer info sessions, workshops and informal networking opportunities.
More than 80% of our students complete a paid internship or co-op before graduation.
