Extension
Continued learning for a changing industry.
Applied Knowledge. Tangible Results.
Extension within the CCEE connects research, education and industry to strengthen the built and natural environments we all depend on.
Delivered through the Institute for Construction and led by Extension Specialist Roberto A. Nuñez, P.E., our programs translate expertise into practical training, technical support and applied research for professionals, agencies and organizations across the state. We build on long-standing relationships while expanding into new strategic areas that reflect the evolving needs of civil, construction and environmental engineering.
Our work aligns with NC State’s Think and Do mission — pairing knowledge with action to deliver measurable impact in the field.
