This lecture is part of the Dean's Colloquium on Engineering, Science and Public Policy. Dr. Ron Townsend is Executive Vice President, Global Laboratory Operations at Battelle. He directs Battelle's role in the management of eight national laboratories representing more than $7 billion in annual research and development funding that involves more than 28,000 staff members.
