Thomas is a professional engineer who has worked in all areas of transportation engineering since 1984. He has worked with both the public and private sectors to provide infrastructure improvements throughout the U.S. Currently, he is the COO for SEPI Engineering, Inc. In addition, Thomas has been a leader in the infrastructure community through his executive role in many professional boards and related organizations, including the president and national director for ACEC/NC. He has a BSCE and MCE from NC State.
