PAYMENT PROCESS FOR FUNDED STUDENTS EMAIL:

Sent July 9, 2018:

If you have enrolled in classes for the fall term, you have received a bill and may be wondering why and/or what to do with it.

First,  Know that receiving a bill is normal and will happen every semester when you enroll.  Since the billing system can not distinguish who will be paying what and when all students (funded or not) receive automated bills depending on their registration and enrolled hours.

A flag has been placed on your registration that indicates you are funded by the Dept. and/or College so your registration will not be canceled after the billing due date.

Tuition and fee awards will not be processed by the Dept. or College until the Census Date (the last day students can add a class) which is Sept. 5th for the fall term.  So there will be a balance in your student financials until then.

Your part:  you can pay your half of the student fees.

Attached is a 2018-19 Tuition & Fee Rate Schedule.  Most students will pay the amount listed under the 50% of Fee Cost column ($1,019.40).   PDF Fellows pay $375 for the fall.

How to pay your bill:  Payment Options

I have compiled information for RAs and/or TAs.  If you have any questions about the information I have given you today, do not hesitate to contact me.
