- Brief Bio:
I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering at NC State University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Beni Suef University in Egypt. After that, I worked for three years as a BIM Coordinator on many projects in the US, including those for MTA, NYCSCA, and NYCHA. Following this, I pursued a master’s degree in construction engineering at NC State University. My current research focuses on integrating BIM and computer vision techniques for construction progress monitoring.
